These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on https://cafecreoleshop.com.

1. General

Café Créole is run by a private individual based in Denmark. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in DKK and include any applicable taxes. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

You can place orders through our secure Shopify checkout. Payments are accepted via the available payment methods (e.g., credit card, MobilePay, PayPal). Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

4. Shipping

We ship within Denmark only. Delivery times are estimated at 2–5 business days. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Limitation of Liability

Café Créole is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the products sold.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be settled in a Danish court.
