Right of Withdrawal (For EU Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at cafecreole.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Reason for return (optional)

You must return the product unused, in original condition, within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds

Once we receive the item and confirm it is in resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for:

• Opened or used coffee products (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or promotional items
