Currently, we only ship to addresses within Denmark.
For deliveries outside Denmark, please contact us by email.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Please note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days from the date of shipment.

4. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping is handled via PostNord  
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight and delivery method.

Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount. This will be clearly stated on the website.

5. Local Pickup

We offer free local pick-up.

6. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement if applicable.
